2 lbs green cabbage
2 carrots, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large sweet onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
1/3 cup granulated white sugar
3 tablespoons white distilled vinegar

Steps:

In food processor shred the cabbage.
In large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green pepper, and onion.
Whisk together in a small bowl-the salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar.
Pour over the coleslaw mixture, mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.

⅓ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon White Pepper
¼ cup Whole Milk
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Buttermilk
2 tablespoons White Vinegar
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Steps:

In a large bowl, add the shredded cabbage, carrot, and onion. Toss them so that they get mixed.
Take another bowl and add salt, sugar, white pepper, and mayonnaise to it. Then, pour milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, and lemon juice into it. Mix them until they are combined well.
Then, pour this mixture over the vegetables and toss them so that they get coated with the creamy sauce.
Let the coleslaw chill overnight and then your KFC coleslaw is ready!
