2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups orange juice
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 cup lemonade
2 cups ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

In a large pitcher, combine the juices and lemonade. Refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, pour into a punch bowl. Slowly add ginger ale.

1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
0.5 (750 ml) bottle riesling wine, chilled (or any sweet white wine, about 1-2/3 cups)
1 cup cold water
1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled
ice ring (optional)
lemon slice (optional)
lime slice (optional)
orange slice (optional)

Steps:

In a punch bowl combine orange juice and lemonade concentrates.
Add wine and water; stir to combine.
Add champagne, but do not stir.
If desired, float ice ring and fruit slices on top.
Serve immediately. Makes 10 (6-ounce) servings.
To Make Ahead: Chill the wine and champagne up to 24 hours ahead.
If desired, prepare the ice ring up to 3 days ahead.

4 maraschino cherries
1 medium navel orange, thinly sliced
1 small lemon, thinly sliced
1 small lime, thinly sliced
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 ounces) frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 liters diet ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

Arrange fruit in a 5-cup ring mold; add 3/4 cup water. Freeze until solid. Add enough water to fill mold; freeze until solid., Just before serving, in a punch bowl, combine juice concentrates with 2 cups water. Stir in ginger ale. Unmold ice ring by wrapping the bottom of the mold in a hot, damp dishcloth. Invert onto a baking sheet; place fruit side up in punch bowl.

This punch is a Christmas tradition at our home, and a wonderful alternative to traditional eggnog. It is not too heavy and the addition of ginger ale gives it a kick! You can make it several days in advance and wait until the last minute to add ginger ale. I also freeze a ginger ale ice ring and add it to the punch bowl to help keep the punch cold. Add cinnamon swizzle sticks to your glasses for pretty presentation.

6 eggs
¼ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 ½ quarts orange juice
3 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles ginger ale soda

Steps:

Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and frothy. Mix in the sugar, cinnamon, and cloves until the sugar dissolves. Beat in the vanilla ice cream, lemon juice, and orange juice on low speed. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Just before serving, stir in the ginger ale.
