Add the boiling water and let the cocoa cook at a low boil for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the warm milk. Ladle the cocoa into mugs and serve immediately. The cocoa can be kept warm over low heat (do not let it boil once the milk has been added it or it may curdle).
