Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Use cooking spray to coat a baking sheet large enough to hold the fish in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, lemon juice, oregano, salt and olive oil.
- Lay the fillets on the baking sheet without crowding them.
- Brush fish with the dressing.
- Roast the cod for 10 minutes, or until the thickest part of the largest fillet flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Preheat oven 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, egg, onion and tomato sauce.
- Mix lightly.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, water, mustard and vinegar.
- Brush the loaf with this mixture.
- Place meat loaf in oven and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs and ketchup. Season with Italian-style seasoning, oregano, basil, garlic salt, diced tomatoes and cheese. Press into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, and cover loosely with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven approximately 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, oats, onion, salt, sage and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. , Press into an ungreased 8x4-in. loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1-1/4 hours; drain., Spread ketchup over meat loaf. Bake until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160°, about 10 minutes longer. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, sausage, eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup and bread crumbs until well blended. Pat into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Spread 2 tablespoons ketchup over the top.
- Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Drain off some of the fat once in a while to keep spattering to a minimum. Enjoy!
