EASY COLA CHICKEN
The kids won't complain about dinner tonight when they hear they're having Cola Chicken. Simple and tasty with only a few ingredients.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the chicken pieces into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and cola. Pour over the chicken. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
- Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, until the chicken is no longer pink.

ROASTED SODA CAN CHICKEN
A different take on the typical beer can chicken. I inject the butter-based rub under the skin for better flavor. The steam from the liquid makes this moist and tender.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove the giblets and rinse chicken inside and out with water. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Stir together butter, brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper, and half the lemon juice in a bowl. Rub the mixture over the entire chicken, including the cavity and beneath the skin.
- Discard 1/2 of soda, leaving the rest in the can, and pour the remaining lemon juice into the can. Place the can on a baking sheet, and set the chicken upright on the can, inserting it into the cavity of the chicken. Plug the neck opening of the chicken with the onion and a squeezed lemon half to retain steam.
- Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, to a minimum internal temperature of 180 degrees F (80 degrees C). Remove the chicken from the oven, discard the soda can, and cover chicken with a doubled sheet of aluminum foil to rest in a warm area for 10 minutes before slicing.

COCA-COLA CHICKEN
Our Coca-Cola chicken features drumsticks simmered in a tangy sauce, giving it a great flavor that the whole family will love.

Steps:
- Using a 4 to 5-quart Dutch oven on medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons oil.
- Add the chicken drumsticks, and sauté for 3 minutes on each side. Remove the drumsticks and set them aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the Dutch oven. Add the onion, and sauté uncovered for 2 minutes, stirring often. Keep the heat on medium-high.
- Add the garlic and ginger. Continue cooking and stirring often, for 1 to 1½ minutes. Keep the heat on medium-high.
- Next add the 2 cans of Coca-Cola, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and salt. Continue stirring often, and cook uncovered for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium, and add back in the chicken drumsticks. Cook for 20 minutes uncovered, turning the chicken once.
- After cooking the chicken for 20 minutes, remove the chicken from the pot and set aside. Increase the heat to medium-high. Allow the sauce to reduce for 5 to 8 additional minutes. Once the sauce reduces, remove the pot from the heat. Ladle the sauce over the chicken, and serve while hot.

- Season Chicken Drumsticks with Flour, Salt, Pepper, Smoked Paprika, and some Olive Oil. Rub it on both sides of your chicken.
- In a pan heat some olive oil on medium-high heat. As the Oil shimmers, add Chicken Drumsticks and cook until it forms a crispy crust on the outside. Flip over with a kitchen tong and fry another side as well. Once done, take it out and keep it aside.

- Finally, add Fried Chicken Drumsticks and serve with some chopped green onions on top. Enjoy with rice or mashed potatoes.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a 10 inch oven proof skillet place shrimp(thawed if using frozen) in a single layer. Drizzle in lemon juice, 2 tablespoon of the melted butter and chicken broth. Sprinkle with minced onion, salt and pepper.

- Pat the chicken wings dry, then place them into a large bowl. Drizzle about 2 to 3 tablespoons of avocado oil all over the wings and massage each piece. They should not be dripping in oil, just thinly coated enough to help them “fry” in the oven.

Stir everything together until the sugar is dissolved, and bring to a manageable boil. You wanna let this stuff reduce by about half, and it will take anywhere from 15-22 minutes.
