Sugar Free Iced Coffee Macchiato, How to make this delicious copycat coffee with caramel without adding sugar. Vegan option.

2 tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
1 cup Ice
1 ½ cups Milk (See post for alternatives)
1 ½ cups Coffee (-brewed, see post for details)
2 tbsp Sugar Free Caramel Sauce (-see post for details)

Steps:

For each mug, place half of the ice cubes (so a quarter of the total amount) in the bottom of each cup. Pour the vanilla syrup over the ice cubes and then add the remaining ice to each mug.
Add the milk or alternative dairy to each glass and then top with the coffee. Finally, top with the caramel sauce and any additional optional toppings. Then serve.

2 cups strong coffee
1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk (or regular if you prefer)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 cups ice cubes
whipped cream, to garnish (optional)

Steps:

Combine all the ingredients in food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.
Top with a bit of whipped cream if you want to indulge.

Ingredients

1 1/2-2 teaspoons instant coffee powder (Nescafe Classic for me!)
1 teaspoon water
1 cup cold nonfat milk

Steps:

Put the instant coffee powder in a coffee mug/cup and add the water to it.
Now carefully blend the coffee with the water to form a rather fluid paste.
Once that is done, whip the paste vigourously for a few minutes with a spoon until tiny bubbles form on the surface.
Now add the cold milk to this paste and stir slowly until the coffee paste has completely blended with the milk.
A nice, thin layer of foam will form automatically on the surface, and your coffee is ready to drink!
Note: This cold coffee can also be made adding sugar or an artificial sweetener.
Add the sugar/sweetener along with the coffee powder (at the beginning) and an additional teaspoon of water to make sure that it all blends together.
You might have to whip the mixture for a little while longer to make sure that you have a perfectly smooth blend.
