CHOCOLATE NUGGETS

Steps:

• Melt chocolate chips, butter, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir often.
• In a separate bowl, combine chocolate mixture, flour and chopped nuts (optional).
• Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 10 to 12 minutes. Cookies will be soft. Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE-STUFFED SNICKERDOODLES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375°F. In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Remove 2 tablespoons of mixture to second small bowl; reserve.
• In large bowl, stir cookie mix, flour, softened butter and egg with spoon until soft dough forms. Shape dough into 20 (1 1/2-inch) balls. Flatten each ball to 2 1/2-inch circle. Press 1 chocolate into center of each cookie, making sure to form dough around chocolate to enclose; reshape into balls. Roll in remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased large cookie sheets. Discard sugar-cinnamon mixture after rolling balls.
• Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set and light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Sprinkle reserved 2 tablespoons sugar-cinnamon mixture on tops of warm cookies. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store covered in airtight container.

COOKIE NUGGETS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.
• Remove dough from wrapper; place in large bowl. Let dough stand at room temperature about 15 minutes.
• Meanwhile, place crackers in resealable plastic food storage bag; seal bag. Crush crackers with rolling pin until fine crumbs form. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs.
• Add remaing crumbs to dough in bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Shape 2 rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into oval; flatten slightly. Roll in reserved crumbs; place on prepared cookie sheets. Pinch in sides of oval to make cookie resemble chicken nugget. Repeat with remaingin dough and crumbs.
• Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool on cookie sheets 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
• Serve cookies with honey and jam for dipping.

HUNGARIAN NUT NUGGETS (COOKIES)

Steps:

• In a large bowl blend the ingredients with a wire pastry blender until the ingredients form when squeezed together.
• Form into balls (or nuggets) by tablespoons; dough will be very crumbly, I press and form them in my palms instead of my fingers.
• Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes until they start to brown around edges.
• Watch them so they do not burn.
• Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
• Store in cool place until serving.

HOLIDAY NUGGETS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325°. Cream butter and sugar; add extracts. Gradually add flour and salt. Stir in nuts. Shape into 1-1/4-in. balls; place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with fingers. , Bake until the bottoms are lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

NUTTY CHOCOLATE NUGGETS

Steps:

• In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in chocolate. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture. Stir in the nuts. , Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-11 minutes or until edges are firm. Remove to wire racks to cool.
