Weetabix porridge is a healthy, tasty and filling breakfast that is quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 Weetabix
25g of porridge
240ml of milk
Optional: Fruit

Steps:

In a bowl, add 150 ml of the milk to the Weetabix and leave until the Weetabix has absorbed all the milk.
Add the porridge and the rest of the milk and stir.
Put the bowl into the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir and enjoy.
Optional: Add fruit if desired.

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup pear, chopped
3 tablespoons cashews

Steps:

Place Weetabix in a bowl.
Pour yogurt over biscuits.
Crush Weetabix with spoon and mix with yogurt.
Stir in chopped pear and cashews.
You can modify the type of nuts, fruit and flavor to suit your taste. I like to add ground flax for omega-3 and extra fiber.
