  2. chicken breast
  3. leeks
  4. potatoes
  5. green pepper
  6. paprika
  7. all-purpose flour
  8. chicken broth
  9. fresh corn kernels
  10. tabasco sauce
  11. salt
  12. half-and-half


  1. in 4-quart saucepan , over medium-high heat , melt 1 t
  2. butter
  3. cook chicken chunks until well browned on all sides , stirring frequently
  4. with slotted spoon , remove chicken to plate
  5. add 2 t
  6. butter to drippings remaining in saucepan
  7. over medium heat , cook leeks , potatoes and green peppers until tender , stirring occasionally
  8. stir in paprika and flour until well blended
  9. cook 1 minute
  10. add chicken broth , corn kernels , tabasco sauce , salt and chicken chunks
  11. over high heat , heat to boiling
  12. reduce heat to low , cover and simmer 20 minutes
  13. stir in half-and-half , heat through
