8 cups Kellogg's® Corn Pops® cereal

Steps:

  • In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Add Corn Pops cereal. Stir until well coated. Using clean, buttered hands, grab a handful size of cereal and shape into a ball.
  • Let cool, then insert wooden stick.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • In several large bowls, combine the popcorn, Corn Pops and corn chips. , In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt chips; stir until smooth. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat., Spread onto two 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Cool. Store in airtight containers.

  • Pour melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce, onion salt, oregano, dill and Corn Pops; mix well to coat the cereal.
  • Pour into a 12 x 9 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°, stirring every 5 minutes.
  • You may also add pecans or peanuts to this mix!

2 cups whole milk
4 ears corn, kernels removed, cobs reserved
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup agave
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch sea salt

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, heat the milk, corn and corn cobs over medium heat until bubbly. Turn down the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes; discard the cobs. Use a slotted spoon to remove about 1 cup of the kernels and reserve.
  • In a blender, combine the remaining corn and milk mixture, the yogurt, agave, vanilla and salt and puree until smooth. Add the reserved corn and pulse once on low.
  • Freeze in ice-pop molds or in small paper cups with ice-pop sticks.

4 cups popped popcorn
1 pound dry roasted peanuts
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup molasses
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 liter liquid nitrogen, optional

Steps:

  • Place the popcorn and peanuts in an insulated stainless steel mixing bowl.
  • Combine the sugar, molasses and vanilla in a 1-quart saucepan fitted with a candy thermometer. Bring to a boil and continue to boil until the mixture reaches 250 degrees F, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the butter until incorporated. Add the baking soda and stir until well incorporated.
  • Pour the hot, finished mixture over the popcorn and peanuts and stir to incorporate.
  • Hand form twenty 3-ounce portions of the kettle corn onto the ends of 20 bamboo skewers and let cool.
  • Pour one half of the liquid nitrogen, if using, into the insulated, stainless steel bowl.
  • Holding the end of one of the skewers, dip the popcorn into the liquid nitrogen and hold it there for 5 seconds before lifting it out. Repeat with the remaining skewers.

3 quarts corn pops
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter (cut into chunks)
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 200°/95°C. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or use a silicone baking mat. Measure out the corn pops and place them in a large bowl. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and water over medium heat until it begins to bubble, stirring regularly. Then boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
  • Pour the syrup mixture over the corn pops and stir gently for a few minutes to coat. Transfer corn pops to the prepared baking sheet and spread them out evenly. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool, then break apart the pieces and serve.

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
  • Pour corn pops into two 9x13" pans.
  • In a saucepan over medium high heat, mix together butter, corn syrup, and brown sugar.
  • Cook for two minutes or until it starts to bubble around the edges.
  • Remove saucepan from heat.
  • Stir in baking soda (this helps coat the corn pops) and whisk until it's completely mixed.Pour caramel mixture evenly over the corn pops and gently stir in the pan until all the pops are evenly coated.
  • Place pans in oven and cook for 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove the pans from the oven and dump the pops on wax paper.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy!

2 tablespoons canola oil
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
24 corncob holders
2 cups crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
Lime wedges, optional

Steps:

  • Brush all sides of corn with oil. Grill, covered, over medium heat, turning occasionally, until tender and lightly browned, 10-12 minutes. Remove from grill; cool slightly., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder and pepper. Cut each ear of corn into thirds. Insert one corncob holder into each piece. Spread corn with mayonnaise mixture; sprinkle with cheese, seafood seasoning and cilantro. If desired, serve with lime wedges.
