CORNED BEEF AND NOODLES CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt, rinse and drain.
• In medium bowl, stir together cream of celery soup and milk until mostly smooth. Mix pasta, soup/milk mixture and remaining ingredients in a 2 1/2-qt casserole. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.

• Cook egg noodles to package directions. In a Dutch oven over medium high heat add 1 tablespoon butter and olive oil. Once butter has melted add onion and pinch of salt. • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Saute onion and pepper until tender. Stir in the beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles and soups. , Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until heated through.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Cook the noodles according to package directions.
• Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in the tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and garlic, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer.
• When noodles are done, stir them and the cheese into the simmering sauce until cheese is melted. Stir the sherry into the sauce and stir for 1 minute, then place in a 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese to taste.
• Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Cook noodles until tender and drain.
• Combine noodles, corned beef, cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk and onion. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

CORNED BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE WITH SPINACH AND CHEESE

Steps:

• Using a large saucepan or stock pot, cook noodles following package directions; drain well. Put noodles back in the pot and set aside.
• In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-low heat; cook onion for 2 minutes. Add corned beef and cook until lightly browned. With a slotted spoon, transfer beef mixture to the pot with noodles. Add the squeezed spinach to the pot and set aside.
• In the same medium saucepan, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter over medium-low heat; stir in flour until well blended and bubbly. Stir in chicken broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add pepper and thyme. Stir in the cheese, cooking until melted. Add salt to taste. Pour sauce over the noodle and corned beef mixture; stir until well blended. Spoon the noodle mixture into prepared baking pan. If desired, top with crumbled French fried onion rings or buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and lightly browned.

MACARONI AND CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Mix together all ingredients except for the crumbs. Put into a greased 1 1/2 QT casserole dish. Top with the buttered crumbs and bake at 350*F for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
