Cottage cheese and fresh green onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes make this salad great with spaghetti or other Italian faves!

This High Protein Egg Salad is made with cottage cheese so it is creamy, delicious and good for you!

1 Tablespoon mustard

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
  • Divide egg salad in half and serve between two slices of Dave's Killer Powerseed® Bread.
