2 cups fat-free reduced-sugar vanilla yogurt
1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes

Steps:

In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in the fruit. Refrigerate until serving.

1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
2 medium firm bananas, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Stir in the pineapple, strawberries and bananas. Fold in whipped topping. , Transfer to a 13-in. x 9-in. dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and freeze for up to 1 month. , Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving.
