Steps:
- Place all the ingredients in a deep mixing bowl and set the bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice.
- Whisk together until the mixture will hold soft, smooth peaks and is the consistency of whipped heavy cream. (This makes 2 cups of country cream. It can be kept, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.).

SOUTHERN CREAMED CORN

Steps:
- In a large bowl, cut the tip off cob. Cut the kernels from cob with a small paring knife. Using the back of the blade, scrape against the cob to press out the milky liquid.
- Whisk together sugar, flour, and salt and pepper, to taste. Combine with corn. Add the heavy cream and water. Mix.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat bacon grease. Add corn mixture and turn heat down to medium-low, stirring until it becomes creamy, about 30 minutes.
- Add the butter right before serving.
COUNTRY GRAVY
Country gravy, also called sawmill gravy or white gravy, is a staple of hearty Southern cooking. - After removing cooked meat from skillet or pan, add oil to drippings in skillet. Stir in flour, scraping up brown particles. Cook over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture is light golden brown.
- Stir in milk. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is boiling and thickened. If gravy is too thick, stir in more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency. Stir in salt and pepper.

- Beat eggs with mixer at medium speed until frothy.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture becomes thick (about 5 minutes).
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Pour into freezer can of a 1-gallon hand turned or electric freezer; freeze accourding to manufacturer's instructions.
- Let ripen at least 1 hour.
ORIGINAL IRISH CREAM
Irish whiskey mixed with cream and sugar with hints of coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and almond. Will keep for 2 months if refrigerated.
