Hands down the BEST potato casserole you will ever eat!!!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel lined plate. Chop bacon into bits.
- Shred cheddar cheese.
- In a large mixing bowl combine thawed hashbrowns, bacon bits, ½ the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and Ranch dressing mix.
- Spread potato mixture evenly in prepared casserole dish.
- Top potato mixture with remaining cheese and cover casserole with foil.
- Bake covered for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until casserole is hot, bubbly and the edges are lightly browned.
- Let casserole sit for 10 minutes before serving.

- Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes. *I divided the potatoes into 3 small 7x7 disposable foil pans and froze them. I wrapped them with plastic wrap and then foil.*
