Cranberry, cream cheese and chocolate chips create this easy bar.

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter softened
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
Filling
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  • Combine butter and brown sugar in bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy. Add flour, oats and orange zest; beat at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in chocolate chips and cranberries. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture.
  • Firmly press remaining crumb mixture into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes.
  • Combine cream cheese and sugar in bowl. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add whipping cream and vanilla, beat until smooth.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over hot, partially baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture gently over filling. Continue baking 27-30 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool completely; cut into bars. Store refrigerated.

1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1 cup dried cranberries

FROSTING:
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in eggs, sour cream and extracts. In a small bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Fold in baking chips, cranberries and walnuts. Spread into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan., Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white and chocolate chunk cookie (2-inch)
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup melted white and chocolate chunk cookie (2-inch)
4 oz. melted white chocolate (for drizzling on top)
1/2 cup dried cranberries, dived (for garnish)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 Tbsp. orange zest

Steps:

  • In a mixer, blend 2 tablespoons softened butter and 8-ounce brick of Philadelphia Cream Cheese until smooth.
  • Add 1 cup powdered sugar and mix until uniform. Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup melted white chocolate chips, and 1/2 tablespoon orange zest. Mix until uniform.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixer, or by hand, combine 1 cup of butter with 1 1/2 cups brown sugar until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 eggs, and mix.
  • In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until uniform.
  • Little by little, blend dry mixture with wet mixture until smooth. To mixture, add 1/2 cup dried cranberries and 1 cup white chocolate chips, and mix until uniform.
  • Spray a 13-by-9-inch baking pan with nonstick oil and press mixture into pan corner to corner to form a uniform layer. Bake for 20 minutes, then cool. Once cooled, flip pan over and remove the layer as a whole. Be careful not to break it.
  • Frost the top with cream cheese frosting, sprinkle with dried cranberries, and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  • Put in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden bars, which makes them easier to cut. Remove from freezer and cut triangle-shaped bars to your desired size, and serve.

2 cups old-fashioned oats
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 package (11 oz) white chocolate chip morsels
12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup fresh orange juice (strain pulp)
2 tsps pure vanilla extract
2-2/3 cups whole berry cranberry sauce (this about 1-1/2 cans or 21 oz)
3 tbsps corn starch

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl combine oats, flour, chopped walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until the flour mixture is crumbly, then add the white morsels and stir. Reserve 2 cups of this mixture and set aside for the topping.
  • Press the remaining oat mixture into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • In a separate large bowl, using a mixer, beat the cream cheese until creamy, add sweetened condensed milk, orange juice and vanilla extract and mix well, until smooth and pour over oat mixture.
  • In a medium bowl mix together cranberry sauce, and corn starch. Spoon over the cream cheese mixture (don't spread it), and sprinkle the reserved oat mixture top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or toothpick comes out clean. It should be lightly golden brown on top. If the edges get to dark before it's done baking, you can place some foil around the edges.
  • Let cool completely, cut into squares and serve. I like it plain, but, you can always garnish it by adding a scoop of ice cream or cool whip with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Cover and refrigerate any left overs

¾ cup butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
1 egg, beaten

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, beat granulated sugar, 3/4 cup butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla and the eggs with electric mixer on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, until well mixed. Beat in flour, baking soda and salt on low speed. Continue beating on low speed, scraping bowl frequently, until well mixed. Stir in cranberry-orange sauce. Spread in pan.

1 ½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, oats and 3/4 cup of brown sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of this mixture and press the remaining mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
