1 boneless fully cooked ham (5 pounds)
1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Line a roasting pan with foil. Place ham on a rack in prepared pan. Bake, covered, 1 hour., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, whisk remaining ingredients until blended. Remove 1 cup mixture for glaze; reserve remaining mixture for sauce. Brush ham with some of the glaze mixture. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 140°, 35-45 minutes, brushing every 10 minutes with remaining glaze., Warm reserved sauce mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally; serve with ham.

8 -10 lbs smithfield bone-in smoked ham
mccormick's whole cloves
8 ounces ocean spray cranberry sauce
1/3 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
10 ounces baby romaine lettuce (blend)
1 ounce fresh rosemary
1 ounce fresh thyme
fresh cranberries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Using a sharp knife, remove skin and excess fat from ham. Score fat on ham in a diamond pattern, and insert whole clove into center of each diamond shape. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place ham in pan, scored side up.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together cranberry sauce, mustard, and maple syrup. Pour over ham. Bake for 30 minutes, basting once. Cover ham with heavy-duty aluminum foil, and bake for another 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally. Let stand 30 minutes, before carving.
  • Garnish with romaine blend, rosemary, thyme, and cranberries, if desired.

3/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
6 pieces chicken breasts

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard and orange peel until blended and smooth.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Meanwhile, grill (or broil) chicken for about 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
  • Brush with the sauce during last 10 minutes of grilling.

1 fully cooked bone-in ham (6 to 8 pounds)
Whole cloves
3 cans (14 ounces each) jellied or whole-berry cranberry sauce
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1-1/2 cups dry red wine or chicken broth
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. If desired, score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 in. deep. Insert cloves into the surface. Loosely cover ham with foil; bake 1-1/2 hours. , In a large saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar and wine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat; whisk in mustard., Pour 2 cups cranberry mixture over ham. Bake 20-30 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.
