This is from a small Amish community 11 miles from where I live.

Steps:
- 1. Blend sour cream, cream cheese and dip mix together. Spread in 8x8 pan. Pour peach salsa over the mixture and top with cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips or Everything Flatbread.
FRUITY FIESTA CREAM CHEESE DIP
This isn't really a recipe, since there is NO cooking required, but it's delicious nonetheless. I use Newman's Own brand fruit salsa in either mango, peach or pineapple. Scrumptious. Costo also sells a fabulous mango-peach salsa that works beautifully for this recipe.
