ORANGE CREAMSICLE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the vodka, triple sec, half-and-half, and orange juice.
• Shake well .
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice .
• Garnish with an orange slice and serve.

ORANGE CREAMSICLES

Steps:

• In a bowl, beat the cream with a whisk until soft peaks form. Set aside.
• In another bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add the honey and vanilla extract and continue beating until firm peaks form.
• Combine the egg whites mixture to the cream and add the orange juice and orange zest.
• Using a popsicle mold or wax paper cups, fill the molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Place in the freezer overnight and serve.

CREAMSICLE IN A GLASS

Steps:

• Peel and break apart the orange and add to blender along with the zest, soy milk, tofu, vanilla, sweetner and ice cubes.
• Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.
• Pour into tall, chilled glasses and garnish with an orange slice if desired.
