Nonstick cooking spray
10 ounces dried medium noodles
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
8 green onions, sliced
1 medium red sweet pepper, seeded and chopped (1/2 cup)
2 10 3/4ounce cans condensed cream of broccoli soup
2 8 ounce cartons dairy sour cream
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 16 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Coat a 3-quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. 3. Meanwhile, coat an unheated large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat over medium heat. Add chicken to hot skillet. Cook and stir about 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer chicken to a large bowl. 4. Add mushrooms, green onions, and sweet pepper to skillet. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender. (If necessary, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to skillet.) 5. Transfer vegetables to bowl with chicken. Stir in cream of broccoli soup, sour cream, broth, mustard, and black pepper. Gently stir in cooked noodles and broccoli. 6. Spoon chicken mixture into prepared dish. In a small bowl combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 25 minutes more or until heated through.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, whisk together first five ingredients. Stir in broccoli, chicken, onion and 1/4 cup cheese. Transfer to a greased 9-in. pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese., Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 15-20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

1 (16 ounce) package rotini pasta, uncooked
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
⅛ teaspoon chipotle chile powder
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup onion, finely diced
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook until al dente, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain, cover, and set aside until needed.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat, and stir in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add 1 cup broccoli; toss and cook just until tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle broccoli with flour, and cook 1 minute. Stir in the chicken broth, and bring to a boil. Pour in the milk, and stir to blend. Season with salt, pepper, and chipotle pepper powder, if desired. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer mixture until sauce thickens, 8 to 10 minutes. Mix in 1 cup Cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
  • Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in another large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the onion, ground chicken, and remaining 1 cup of broccoli. Cook and stir until chicken is evenly browned and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Reduce heat, and cook until liquid is reduced, about 5 minutes.
  • Preheat oven broiler to High. Lightly grease 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Toss the pasta with the broccoli sauce until evenly blended. Stir in the sour cream, if desired. Stir the broccoli sauce mixture into the chicken mixture. Spoon into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
  • Cook under preheated broiler until cheese melts and browns around the edges, 3 to 5 minutes.

1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 can chicken broth
0.75 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, diced or strips
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 lb bow tie pasta, cooked

Steps:

  • Melt butter and add chicken, cook till done.
  • Remove chicken from pan.
  • add broth, broccoli, red pepper, garlic& pepper.

2 broccolis, cut into florests
garlic powder, to taste
lemon herb, to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 lemon juice, juiced
1 box rotini pasta

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 inch (22x33 cm) pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  • Cut up the broccoli and place in the bottom of the pan. Lay the chicken on top of broccoli. Season the chicken with garlic powder and lemon herb seasoning.
  • Mix together the mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then remove foil and cook for another 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
