1 cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 mandarins (peeled- optional)
Sweetener like sugar or honey (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour into a popsicle mold.
  • Freeze 30-40 minutes.
  • Once somewhat solid, but not completely, push a popsicle stick into the center.
  • Freeze 4 additional hours or until solid.

1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 freezer pop molds or 10 paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to room temperature. Stir in the yogurt, milk and vanilla. Pour 1/4 cup into each mold or paper cup. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.

Here's what you need: orange juice, dairy-free vanilla yogurt, agave nectar, orange zest, ice pop mold

2 ½ cups orange juice
½ cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt, plus more for garnish, optional
2 tablespoons agave nectar
orange zest, for garnish, optional
ice pop mold

Steps:

  • Add the orange juice, yogurt, and agave to a blender and blend until well-combined.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the ice pop mold.
  • Freeze until solid, 2-3 hours.
  • If desired, dip the frozen pops in yogurt and sprinkle with orange zest. Place the pops on a parchment paper-lined plate and freeze again for 30 minutes.
  • The pops will keep in the freezer for up to 6 months in an airtight container.
  • Enjoy!

4 cups orange juice, pulp free and not from concentrate
1/4 cup honey
1 cup 0-percent Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons orange zest (from about 1 large orange)
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Kosher salt

Steps:

  • Bring the orange juice and honey to a simmer in a wide saucepan, whisking occasionally, over medium-high heat. Cook until reduced to 2 cups, about 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • Add the orange-honey mixture, yogurt, orange zest, vanilla and a pinch of salt to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into six 4-ounce pop molds. Freeze until set, at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, take a pop from the freezer, run it under warm water and unmold.
