1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
TOPPING:
1 cup crushed potato chips
5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. For topping, combine the potato chips, bacon and Parmesan; sprinkle over casserole. Top with paprika., Bake, uncovered, until edges are bubbly and topping is golden brown, 25-30 minutes.

1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes
⅓ cup chopped green onions
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
¼ cup butter
2 cups sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small pot, heat the soup, butter or margarine and sour cream over low heat.
Combine potatoes, green onion and 1 cup cheese into a large mixing bowl. Mix in the heated soup mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a 9x13 inch dish. Sprinkle one cup of cheese over the top of the casserole.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes. Serve warm.

Vegetable cooking spray
1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Colby Jack cheese
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (28 ounce) package frozen diced potatoes (hash browns) with onions and peppers, thawed
Salt
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or thinly sliced green onion

Steps:

Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with the cooking spray.
Stir the soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, milk, garlic powder and black pepper in a medium bowl.
Spread the potatoes in the baking dish. Season the potatoes with the salt and additional black pepper. Top with the chicken. Spread the soup mixture over the chicken. Cover the baking dish.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the mixture is hot and bubbling. Uncover the baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with the bacon and chives before serving.
