CREAMY STRAWBERRY SALAD DRESSING

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the first six ingredients. Cover and process until pureed. Refrigerate until serving. In a salad bowl or on individual salad plates, combine the spinach, onion, orange, almonds and additional strawberries. Serve with dressing.

STRAWBERRY ROMAINE SALAD AND CREAMY POPPY SEED DRESSING

Steps:

• Combine 1 bunch torn romaine lettuce, 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced, and 2 cups strawberries, halved, in a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup light mayonnaise, 1/4 cup skim milk, 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable,* 1 teaspoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon poppy seeds. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup slivered almonds.

EASY STRAWBERRY VINAIGRETTE

Steps:

• Blend strawberries, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper together in a blender until smooth.

STRAWBERRY CREAM SALAD

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• In a large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar and sugar and beat on medium speed until stiff. Fold in cracker pieces, walnuts and vanilla. Spread into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake in preheated of for 25 minutes, remove from oven and set aside to cool.
• In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in whipped topping and spread atop cooled crust.
• In a medium bowl, whisk the boiling water into the gelatin to dissolve. Mix in strawberries and let stand for 15 minutes. Pour over the cream cheese layer, cover and chill until serving.

STRAWBERRY SALAD DRESSING

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the first nine ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Serve over greens and onion. Store in the refrigerator.

FRESH FRUIT WITH STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE DRESSING

Steps:

• Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
• Process until smooth and creamy.
• Arrange sliced fruit on salad plate and top with dressing.
• Variation:.
• Substitute 1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen sweetened strawberries that have been thawed and well drained for fresh strawberries. Decrease sugar, if desired.

COPYCAT STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE ICE CREAM TOPPING

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Process cookies in a food processor until mixture resembles fine crumbs, 20 to 30 seconds.
• Stir together half of the crumbs (about 2 cups), gelatin, melted butter, almond extract, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Spread in even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
• Bake in the preheated oven until edges are light golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool completely, about 20 minutes.
• Place remaining half cookie crumbs in a large bowl. Place cooled strawberry-cookie mixture back in food processor; pulse until fine crumbs, 10 to 12 pulses. Add strawberry-cookie mixture to remaining cookie crumbs, stir until well combined.

STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD WITH CREAMY RASPBERRY DRESSING

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375ºF.
• Spread almonds on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
• Sprinkle with sugar and spritz with water.
• Toast almonds in oven until golden (about 10 minutes or so).
• Remove and cool.
• Toss together spinach, strawberries and onion.
• Whisk together sugar, vinegar, olive oil, mayo, poppy seeds, salt and pepper.
• Just before serving, drizzle salad with raspberry dressing and sprinkle with candied almonds.
