1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomato
1 (8 ounce) package KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a Touch of PHILADELPHIA, divided
1/2 cup Kraft® Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup basil, chopped
12 lasagna noodles, cooked

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 350°F
  • COMBINE chicken, artichokes, tomatoes, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan. Beat cream cheese, milk, and garlic powder with mixer until well blended; stir in 2 tablespoons basil. Mix half with the chicken mixture.
  • SPREAD half of the remaining cream cheese sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with 3 noodles and 1/3 of the chicken mixture. Repeat layers of noodles and chicken mixture twice. Top with remaining cheese sauce and mozzarella; cover.
  • BAKE 25 minute or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Let stand 5 minute before cutting to serve.
  • Note: Spray the foil with cooking spray before using to cover the lasagna to help prevent the foil from sticking to the cheese on top of the lasagna.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.

2 cans (14 ounces each) water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup loosely packed basil leaves, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced, divided
1 pound ground chicken
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup half-and-half cream
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 large egg
1-1/2 cups 2% cottage cheese
9 no-cook lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Prepared pesto, optional
Additional basil, optional

Steps:

  • Fold two 18-in. square pieces of foil into thirds. Crisscross strips and place strips on bottom and up sides of a 6-qt. slow cooker. Coat strips with cooking spray. Combine artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, basil and 2 garlic cloves., In a large skillet, crumble chicken over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink; drain. Set chicken aside. Add oil and onion; cook and stir just until tender, 6-8 minutes. Add salt, pepper and remaining garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in wine. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half, 4-5 minutes. Stir in cream, cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Return chicken to pan. In a bowl, combine egg, cottage cheese and remaining Parmesan., Spread 3/4 cup meat mixture into slow cooker. Layer with 3 noodles (breaking noodles as necessary to fit), 3/4 cup meat mixture, 1/2 cup cottage cheese mixture, 1 cup artichoke mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers twice; top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cook, covered, on low until noodles are tender, 3-4 hours. Remove slow cooker insert and let stand 30 minutes. If desired, serve with pesto and sprinkle with additional basil.

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon pepper

1-3/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips and halved
2 cans (14 ounces each) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and quartered
1 teaspoon dried thyme
9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, melt 1/3 cup butter. Stir in the flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, nutmeg and pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. , In large a skillet, cook chicken in remaining butter until no longer pink. Stir in the artichokes, thyme and remaining salt; heat through., In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish, layer about 1/3 cup white sauce, three noodles, 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and about 3 cups chicken mixture. 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped and drained
1.5 (8 ounce) packages low-fat cream cheese
1 cup half-and-half
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
12 slices whole milk mozzarella

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, artichokes, 1 cup mozzarella, grated parmesan, ½ the basil and tomatoes. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, ½ and ½ and garlic until well combined. Using a spoon, stir in half the basil. Set half of the cream cheese mixture aside and stir the remaining half in with the chicken mixture.
  • Take half of the cream cheese mixture (without the chicken) and spread it into a 9x13 baking dish, covering the bottom. Lay 3 noodles on top and then top with ⅓ of the chicken mixture. Repeat the noodles and chicken mixture two more times, ending with a noodle layer.
  • Top with the last half of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Place the whole milk mozzarella slices on top in rows of three, like shown.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over everything, and then top with more basil if desired.
  • Bake 25 minute or until heated through.
