4 cups Crispix® sweetened multi-grain cereal
1 cup cheese puff curls
1 cup small pretzel twists
1/4 cup pumpkin seed
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together poppy seeds, chili powder, cumin and garlic salt. Set aside.2. In 2-gallon zipper-type storage bag, combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, cheese curls, pretzels and pumpkin seeds. Pour oil over cereal mixture. Close bag and gently toss until evenly coated. Add poppy seeds mixture and close bag. Gently toss until evenly coated. Store in airtight container.

1 (12 ounce) package crispy corn and rice cereal (such as Crispix®)
3 cups pecan halves
3 cups whole almonds
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
½ cup butter
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lightly butter a large roasting pan.
  • Mix corn and rice cereal, pecans, and almonds together in the prepared roasting pan.
  • Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Heat to 240 degrees F (115 degrees C) or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when removed from the water and placed on a flat surface. Remove saucepan from heat and stir vanilla extract into syrup.
  • Drizzle syrup over cereal mixture and toss to coat.
  • Bake cereal mixture in the preheated oven for 30 minutes; stir and continue baking for 30 minutes more. Spread cereal mixture in 1 layer onto 2 lightly buttered baking sheets, separating any large chunks with 2 forks; allow to cool.

Steps:

  • 1. In large microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate at HIGH 1 minute. Stir and heat 30 seconds longer at HIGH or until melted when stirred. Stir in peanut butter and peanuts. Gently stir in KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, until evenly coated.2. Place powdered sugar in 2-gallon zipper-type plastic bag. Add coated cereal to sugar and close bag. Gently toss cereal mixture until evenly coated. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
3 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
Optional: Shredded lettuce, sliced ripe olives, chopped tomatoes and sliced seeded jalapeno pepper

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the cheese, salsa, chiles, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, salt and cumin. , Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 12 rectangles. Place on ungreased baking sheets; press perforations to seal. Place 1/2 cup meat mixture in the center of each rectangle. Bring 4 corners to the center and twist; pinch to seal. , Bake at 350° until golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Serve with toppings as desired. , Freeze option: Freeze baked, cooled taco twists for up to 3 months. Bake frozen twists on an ungreased baking sheet at 350° until heated through, 20-25 minutes.

Steps:

  • Mix together cinnamon and sugar very well. In a dutch oven, or large skillet heat the oil to 350 Degrees. If you do not have a thermometer, you can set it on med high, but be careful to watch that it doesn't get too hot and begin to smoke.
  • Quarter the tortillas and deep fry 2-4 at a time. Allow them to cook on one side for about 30 seconds or until golen brown, turn over, and repeat. When both sides are brown take out, and place on paper towels to drain. While the tortillas are draining liberally sprinkle with cinnamon mix.
