SLOW COOKER SMOTHERED BURRITOS
Three ingredients is all it takes to make these super cheesy extra delicious smothered burritos right in your slow cooker!

Steps:
- Place 5 burritos in the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour one can of enchilada sauce over the top. Add 5 more burritos to the top. Pour second can of sauce over the top. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours. minutes before serving, top with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh cilantro.

SMOTHERED BEEF BURRITOS (CROCKPOT)
Gotta love crockpot recipes, especially ones that turn out this good. Definitely a crowd pleaser!

- 1. Put meat, bouillon, and enchilada sauce into your crockpot, and cook on high for about 4 hours. (If using your crockpot on high isn't your thing, you can do this on low for 7-8 hours.)
- 2. When beef is tender (should flake off when stirred), taste and see if it needs salt. Heat up your refried beans.
- 3. Lay out a tortilla, spread beans on it, then add meat (drained by using a slotted spoon). Roll it up and place in a baking dish or on a cookie sheet. Pour some of the remaining sauce from the crockpot over each burrito, and sprinkle with cheese.
- 4. Broil cheese until it is bubbly, only about 3 minutes.

- 1. In crock pot put beef, enchilada sauce and bouillon and cook on low 7-8 hours (or high 3-4), until beef is fork tender.
- 2. When beef is done taste and add salt if needed. Heat up refried beans and put oven on broil. On oven proof plate or cookie sheet place tortilla and 1/2 cup of beef and spoonful of beans.
- 3. Roll into burrito and pour enchilada sauce over to completely cover. Sprinkle with cheese and broil until cheese melts.
