Crock Pot Cheesy Pierogi and Kielbasa Casserole is an easy one pot meal for the best comfort food. Dinner is a breeze with this flavor packed recipe.

Ingredients

2 16 oz boxes frozen pierogies (cheddar)
1 pound smoked Polska kielbasa
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 8 oz. block cream cheese, chopped up
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
sliced green onions (for serving)

Steps:

Slice up the kielbasa and place in the crock pot.
Top with the cream cheese, the pierogies, salt, pepper and chicken broth.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
30 minutes before serving, stir and top with cheddar cheese.
Cook until melted
Top with green onions and enjoy
Serve with a salad to make it a complete dinner.

12 oz Garrett Valley Farms Smoked Polksa Kielbasa ((sliced thinly))
1 medium Onion ((sliced into thin quarter moons))
1/3 cup Besti Brown Monk Fruit Allulose Blend ((optional; use brown sugar if not sugar free, or can omit))
2 14-oz cans Sauerkraut ((drained))
1 14.5-oz can Diced tomatoes ((drained))
1/2 cup Chicken broth, reduced sodium

Steps:

Place kielbasa at the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the onions over the kielbasa. Sprinkle brown monk fruit sweetener over the onions, if using.
Dump the drained cans of sauerkraut and diced tomatoes evenly into the slow cooker. Add chicken broth.
Cook for 4-6 hours on Low or 2-3 hours on High.

Ingredients

1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 lb kielbasa, sliced
1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 (9 -12 ounce) package frozen French-cut green beans
1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives (whole,drained)
1/2 cup red wine
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium onion, sliced in rings
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon basil, crushed
1 teaspoon oregano, crushed
1/2 teaspoon thyme, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lb pasta, of your choice
4 ounces parmesan cheese

Steps:

In a medium skillet, saute ground beef.
When browned, transfer to Crock Pot.
Add all other ingredients except pasta& Parmesan.
Simmer on low for 6-8 hours.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Ladle.
Kielbasa over pasta in large bowls.
Pass the Parmesan cheese to garnish.
