- Empty salsa into a slow cooker/crock pot.
- Mince Cilantro and place 2 Tblsp into crock pot (optional).
- Empty Corn and Black beans into crock pot.
- Set Crock pot to Low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
- Serve chicken with the corn & black beans on the side, and enjoy.

- Combine the corn, beans, and half of the salsa in a lightly greased crock pot.
- Top with the chicken.
- Pour remaining salsa over chicken.
- Cover and cook first hour on high, then three more hours on high or 6 hours on low.
- Serve with warm tortillas and cheese or over rice.
