Ingredients

3 slices fresh peeled peach
3 oz. white rum
3 oz. peach schnapps
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
peach wedge, and mint for garnish.

Steps:

1. Muddle the peach slice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.2. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.3. Add the rum, peach schnapps, lime juice and simple syrup.4. Shake to combine.5. Fill 2 glass with ice.6. Pour over Ice and garnish.

Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

1 oz. (30 ml) aged rum
½ oz. (15 ml) fresh lime juice
½ oz. (1:1) simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
8-10 mint leaves
1-2 oz. (30-60 ml) brut-style Champagne or dry sparkling wine
Mint leaf, to garnish

Steps:

Combine rum, lime juice, simple syrup, bitters, and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, or until the shaker is frosted on the outside. Double strain into a coupe and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a mint leaf.
