COUNTRY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease an 11x8 inch baking dish.
• Brown sausage in a large skillet; drain fat.
• Combine sausage with green onion and spread evenly across the bottom of the baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Whisk together eggs, water, milk, and gravy mix; add mixture to baking dish. Arrange bread squares evenly on top. If desired, drizzle melted butter over bread, and sprinkle with paprika.
• Bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Set aside 10 minutes before serving.

DAIRYLAND HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Cook noodles and drain.
• Brown beef in butter.
• Add tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
• Combine softened cream cheese with cottage cheese and sour cream.
• Add onions and green pepper.
• Butter a casserole dish and spread half the noodles on the bottom.
• Cover with cheese mixture.
• Spread the remaining noodles on top.
• Pour the melted butter over it.
• Add the tomato beef mixture cook in the oven until heated through.

AMISH COUNTRY CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Combine ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender and beef is browned and cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes. Season mixture with salt and pepper while cooking.
• Meanwhile, fill a 5-quart Dutch oven or other oven-safe pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain noodles and return to the pot.
• Add diced tomatoes, condensed soup, cottage cheese, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce to the egg noodles; stir to blend. Stir in ground beef mixture until evenly combined. Taste and adjust seasonings. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the top.
• Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until heated through and cheese is melted and golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
