  1. croissants
  2. cream cheese
  3. butter
  4. maple syrup
  5. eggs
  6. half-and-half
  7. ground cinnamon
  8. powdered sugar
  9. pecans


  1. coarsely chop croissants
  2. distribute evenly in greased 13x9 inch casserole dish
  3. combine cream cheese , butter , and 1 / 3 cup maple syrup
  4. spread evenly over chopped croissants
  5. in large bowl , beat eggs , cup maple syrup , and half-and-half
  6. pour over mixture
  7. sprinkle with cinnamon
  8. cover and refrigerate overnight
  9. in the morning , remove from refrigerator
  10. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  11. uncover and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden
  12. in small saucepan , heat cup butter and cup maple syrup and pour over warm souffl
  13. sprinkle with powdered sugar and chopped pecans
