3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup diced onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.

tortilla chip, for serving

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix together until fully incorporated. Top with cilantro, if using.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Enjoy!

2 tablespoons cilantro, diced
1 tomatillo, diced finely
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 -2 garlic clove, diced
1 -2 tablespoon lime juice
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Cut avacado in half, remove seed, and use a spoon to put the meat into a medium bowl.
  • Combine all of the diced ingrediants and the lime.
  • Use a potato masher to combine all ingrediants until it is a paste consistency.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with corn chips or over salad.
