1 package fudge brownie mix (8-inch square pan size)
1-1/4 cups cold 2% milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
2-1/2 cups whipped topping
2 cups mixed fresh berries
Chocolate syrup and chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Prepare brownie batter according to package directions; spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. , Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean, 18-22 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes on a wire rack. , Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over brownie crust. , Top with berries and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate until chilled.

1 (18.3 ounce) package brownie mix with ingredients for making cake-like brownies
1 (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening
Fruit for decorating: kiwi, strawberries, blueberries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for cake-like brownies. Spritz two 9 inch round cake pans with non-stick cooking spray. Line with parchment paper and spritz again. Divide the brownie mix between the two pans. Bake the brownies for 15 to 20 minutes or until the middle is set. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Remove from baking pans before decorating. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Prepare the fruit for decorating the cookie. Make sure fruit is washed, dried, and sliced (if needed). Evenly spread cream cheese mixture over the cookie. Decorate as desired with fruit. Melt milk chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well. Drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best if served immediately.

Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/3 cup apple jelly, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom and sides of 12x3/4-inch pizza pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Make brownies as directed on box for cakelike brownies. Spread in pan.
  • Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour.
  • In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Carefully spread mixture evenly over brownie base. Arrange berries over cream cheese mixture. Stir jelly until smooth; brush over berries. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled. Cut into wedges. Store covered in refrigerator.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberry
1/2 cup apple jelly

Steps:

  • DIRECTIONS
  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark, nonstick pan). Grease 12-inch pizza pan, or spray with cooking spray. Spread both rolls brownie batter evenly in bottom of pan to form crust.
