Steps:
- Unroll crescent dough into 1 long rectangle. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking pan; seal seams. Bake at 375° until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack., Spread dip over crust; sprinkle with the carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, onions and olives. Cut into squares. Refrigerate leftovers.

DILL PICKLE PIZZA
This pizza is topped with creamy Alfredo sauce and loads of sliced dill pickles for the ultimate salty-tangy combo.

Steps:
- Place a pizza stone or inverted rimmed baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F.
- Dust a piece of parchment lightly with flour. Stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 14-inch round on the parchment, then transfer the dough on the parchment to a pizza peel or another inverted rimmed baking sheet.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce on the pizza dough and sprinkle with the mozzarella. Combine the garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the cheese. Top with the pickles.
- Slide the pizza on the parchment onto the heated stone or baking sheet and bake until the crust is golden, 12 to 14 minutes. Garnish with dill sprigs and serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
SUNDAY RAGU
Steps:
- Make brasciola: start with slice of cappicola, lay a slice of Parmesan on the cappicola, and follow with garlic and parsley. Roll each pile into cigar-shaped rolls, and hold in place with toothpicks.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, add ground beef, breadcrumbs, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, eggs, water and parmesan cheese and mix well. Form the meat mixture into 2-inch balls. Heat a large saute pan. Add enough oil to fry in. Add the balls and fry until evenly browned.
- In a large saute pan, add oil and heat. Fry the sausage until evenly browned.
- In a large saucepan, heat olive oil. Add onion, and saute until golden. Add brasciola rolls, meatballs, sausage, pureed tomatoes and crushed tomatoes. Simmer uncovered for one hour. Remove brasciola, meatballs and sausage and serve separately if desired. Taste ragu, and season with salt and pepper according to preference.
CIOPPINO PIZZA #RAGU

Steps:
- Dice fennel 1/8", dice bacon 1", cut scallops ¾", slice squid ¼" and fis ½" pieces.
- Spread 1 cup of Ragú® Pizza Quick Traditional Sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Spread the fennel and garlic evenly over the sauce.
- Attractively arrange all the seafood and bacon on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the lemon zest, cilantro and red pepper flakes over the pie.
- Top with the breadcrumbs and drizzle with the EVOO.
- Bake in a 425° oven for 6 - 12 mins, begin checking at 4 minutes Don't overcook the seafood.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
- *You can make your own crust, just pre-bake before proceeding.
DILL PICKLE HAMBURGER PIZZA

- Preheat oven to 425°. In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 3-4 minutes; drain., Meanwhile, place crust on an ungreased baking sheet or pizza pan. Mix ketchup and mustard; spread over crust. Add ground beef; bake 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake until cheese is bubbly and crust is lightly browned, 8-10 minutes longer., Top with lettuce, pickle and onion. Whisk mayonnaise and enough pickle juice to reach desired consistency; pour over pizza.
