  1. hamburger
  2. hot sausage
  3. italian seasoning
  4. salt
  5. romano cheese
  6. garlic cloves
  7. breadcrumbs
  8. parsley
  9. pepper
  10. eggs
  11. italian bread
  12. parmesan cheese


  1. to start soak the bread in milk or water enough to cover it
  2. mix the hamburger , parsley , italian seasoning , pepper , salt , hot sausage , cheeses , eggs and garlic
  3. squeeze out the water or milk and add to the other ingredients
  4. then add the bread crumbs , 1 cup at a time until mixture holds its shape
  5. form into balls and put into a preheated 400 oven for about 20 to 25 minutes
