1.5 cup all-purpose flour
0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
0.5 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1.5 cup mashed bananas (4 to 5 medium)
0.5 cup granulated sugar
0.5 cup packed brown sugar
0.5 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely crushed graham crackers
1 cup vanilla marshmallow bits (such as Kraft Mallow Bits)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl combine the first five ingredients (through salt). Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  • In a medium bowl combine the next six ingredients (through vanilla). Add egg mixture all at once to the flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Fold in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips, 3/4 cup of the graham crackers, and 3/4 cup of the marshmallow bits. Transfer batter to prepared pan. In a small bowl combine the remaining 1/4 each chocolate chips, graham crackers, and marshmallow bits; sprinkle over batter.

1 cup brown sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix, divided
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
½ cup butter, melted
1 (16.3 ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands!®), each cut into 8 pieces
1 ripe banana, mashed
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine brown sugar, half of the pudding mix, and cinnamon in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake well until thoroughly combined and no lumps remain.
  • Pour the remaining half of the pudding mix and 1/2 cup melted butter into a small bowl. Stir until combined.
  • Dip each biscuit piece in the butter mixture and shake in the sugar mixture. Arrange half of the pieces into a layer on the bottom the prepared pan. Drop banana over the layer; sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Cover with a layer of of the remaining biscuit pieces.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center, 18 to 22 minutes. Cool monkey bread in the pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate.
  • Beat confectioners' sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, and cream in a bowl until smooth. Drizzle over monkey bread.

Steps:

  • Spray bottom of loaf pan with non stick spray.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, beat sugar, eggs and oil at medium speed until mixed. Beat in vanilla.
  • In another bowl, stir flour, cocoa and baking soda together.
  • Add flour mixture into the sugar mixture and beat just until combined. Stir in bananas and chocolate chips.
  • Spoon batter into pan and bake 60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. After removing from the pan cool completely on wire rack.
