5 cups KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal
3 HERSHEY'S® Milk Chocolate Bars (1.55 oz. each), coarsely chopped
4 graham crackers, coarsely chopped

Steps:

Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Press into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely.

cooking spray
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 (10 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
6 cups crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®)
1 pinch Sea Salt, gray

Steps:

Grease an 8x8x2-inch pan with cooking spray.
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add sweetened condensed milk. Stir with a rubber spatula until butter and milk are uniformly combined and small bubbles are forming in the center of the mixture, about 2 minutes. (When you first begin stirring they will look separated.) Add the bag of marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Add vanilla extract and salt and stir again. Remove from heat.
Stir rice cereal and remaining cup of marshmallows into the pot to combine. Transfer to the prepared pan and press down lightly with a sheet of plastic wrap; don't pack them down too hard or they will lose their inherently soft and gooey texture. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Let set up on the counter for at least 1 hour. Cut into 16 squares.

Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Arrange graham crackers on the bottom of your baking pan. Place two chocolate bars over the graham crackers. Broil for 2 minutes or until chocolate has melted. Smooth chocolate over crackers.
In a large stockpot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in 4 cups marshmallows and the marshmallow fluff until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal.
Chop 2 ½ chocolate bars and fold into the cereal. With a rubber spatula, carefully spread the marshmallow mixture over the graham crackers.
Top the cereal with remaining the marshmallows and broil 2-3 minutes or until puffed and golden. Remove.
