Easy Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Salmon Recipe - delicious crispy and flavorful air fried salmon packed with tons of lemon and garlic flavor in under 12 minutes!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over salmon and rub to make sure the salmon filets are evenly coated.
- Season generously with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Arrange salmon filets in air fryer basket, making sure they dont touch too much (don"t over crowd the basket, so air can move around salmon easily).
- Arrange lemon slices on and around salmon in air fryer basket.
- Set air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for 10 minutes for salmon with a little bit of red in the middle.
- Cook for 12 minutes for salmon with no red in the middle, 14 for well done salmon or thicker salmon filets.
- Serve and enjoy!

LEMON-GARLIC AIR FRYER SALMON
This buttery lemon-garlic salmon is easy to throw together with a few simple ingredients. For best results, use center-cut fillets that are about 1-inch thick. Eight minutes cook time will produce salmon that is medium-well. Add 1 to 2 more minutes for well done, but take care not to overcook. Cook time may vary with different model air fryers.

- Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Rinse salmon fillets and dry with a paper towel. Brush with butter mixture and sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning and parsley.
- Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Place salmon fillets in the basket, skin-side down, and top each with 3 lemon halves.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

- In a small bowl, add oil and lemon juice. Whisk until combined.
- Coat all sides of the salmon with the oil mixture.
- Mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub top of the salmon with the seasoning rub. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket with the skin side down.
- Cook at 400ºF for 10 minutes. Do not flip or rotate. Salmon is done when the internal temperature is 125ºF to 135ºF.
- Serve with lemon and fresh parsley.

- Prepare the air fryer basket by spraying with non-stick spray.
- Melt the butter in a small measuring cup or bowl and stir in lemon juice.
- Using a pastry brush, coat all surfaces.
- In another small bowl, mix together garlic powder, seasoning salt, pepper, dill, and basil.
- Liberally sprinkle the dry mixture over the skinless side of the fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets, skinless side up, into the air fryer. Try not to crowd the fillets.
- Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes, then open the air fryer to check the salmon. Insert a fork in the thickest part of the filet, if it goes in easily and has a translucent, pink color inside, it's finished cooking. Each air fryer cooks differently. If the salmon is not done, cook for another 2 minutes and check again until done.
