- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch pan. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of white sugar with a wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in the egg and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture until just combined, then stir in the apples and walnuts. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. In a cup or small bowl, stir together the remaining cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over the top of the bars.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven; finished bars should spring back when lightly touched. Cool in the pan, and cut into squares.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×9 square pan.
- In a medium bowl, toss chopped apples with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- In a mixing bowl, combine together 1 and 1/4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of white sugar, vegetable oil, yogurt, and vanilla until very smooth. Add eggs and whisk until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients (flour mixture) into wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the greased pan, top with half of the apples, then pour the remaining half of the batter on top of the apple layer. Top with the remaining half of apples.
- Bake the cake for about 45 minutes or 1 hour - until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl until crumbly, adding more crumbs if mixture is too wet. Press crust into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden and set, 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar using an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract on low speed until mixture is blended. Pour filling over warm crust.

- Mix the flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda and cinnamon together in a medium bowl and stir thoroughly.

- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- In a food processor or bowl, mix flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Cut 3/4 cup butter into small pieces and add to flour mixture (whirl in food processor or cut in with a pasty cutter) until textured as fine crumbs.
- Beat milk and eggs to blend and pour into flour mixture. Whirl or stir until moistened. Knead on floured surface until dough holds together.
- With floured hands, press dough into bottom of 9"X13" baking dish. Press edges up sides to form a slight ridge.
- Arrange apple slices, slightly overlapped, in 3 rows down the length of the pan.

- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Combine the brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract and applesauce and stir with spoon to mix. Mix together with the flour and spices with a spoon. Fold in the chopped apples.
- Spread in a 9 x 13 sprayed baking pan. Mixture will be thick. Sprinkle chopped nuts over top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook. Remove from oven and let cool before adding frosting or drizzle. Makes about 12 bars depending on the size you cut them.
- Combine brown sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan on top of the stove. Bring to a boil and boil for about one minute. Remove and let cool. Bringing to a boil and cooking takes about five minutes total time.
