Easy As Apple Pie 2 Recipe Fudge
APPLE PIE FUDGE
A nice Holiday candy treat. Combines the holiday tradition of fudge candy with the flavor of apple pie!

Steps:
- Combine the first four ingredients, bring to a boil (to soft ball stage).
- Stir constantly because the mixture burns easily.
- Remove from heat.
- Add: marshmallow cream, vanilla and powdered sugar (sifted) and apple pie spice, Blend well; pour into greased pan.
- Use an 8 or 9 inch square pan for a thick fudge or a 13x9 inch pan if you like it a little thinner.
- Add nuts if desired.
- Cool, cut into squares.
EASY AS APPLE PIE
Steps:
- Place bottom crust in pan. Add apples, sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg. Top with butter, place top crust over and vent with a few holes poked in pastry top. Bake 375 degrees for one hour.

- Unfold piecrust; fit into 9 inch pie pan. Prebake crust according to package directions. Remove from oven.
- Lower the oven temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Beat together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, butter or margarine, eggs and vanilla in a medium-size bowl. Spoon into pie shell.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Allow to cool to room temperature. Serve with whipped topping or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

- Add white chocolate and apple pie filling (try to use just the apples, and not the jelled part of the pie filling) to a mixing bowl, attach whisk to mixer. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, heat sugar, butter, salt, cream, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice over medium high heat. Bring to a rolling boil and stir continuously for 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Quickly pour mixture into prepped mixing bowl with white chocolate and apple pie filling. Beat on medium speed until white chocolate is smooth (about 2 minutes). Pour into baking dish. Refrigerate for 3 hours, until hardened, or overnight.
