Easy Bake Oven Cookie Mix Recipes

EASY BAKE OVEN SECRET CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat Easy Bake Oven 15 minutes
• Stir together the sugars and margarine. Add the baking powder, vanilla, water and flour, stirring until flour disappears. Mix in the chocolate chips.
• Roll the dough between your fingers and make 12 small balls, 1/2 inch each. Place a few balls on a greased and floured sheet or pan with space between them. Bake 10 to 12 minutes Repeat until all the cookies are baked.
• Makes 12 cookies.

EASY BAKE OVEN COOKIE MIX

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, flour, baking soda and brown sugar. Cut in the shortening until the mixture resembles cornmeal. There should be no lumps of shortening left. Measure 1/2 cup of the mixture into re-sealable bags or containers for storage. Label and date each bag. This mix can be stored in a cool dry place for up to 12 weeks.
• To make the cookies, empty one package of the mix into a bowl. Stir in 2 teaspoons of water, 1 tablespoon of raisins and 1 tablespoon of mini semisweet chocolate chips. Mix well and shape teaspoonfuls of dough into small balls. Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with the buttered bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Follow you oven's instructions for baking.

EASY BAKE OVEN BUTTER COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat Oven for 15 minutes.
• Spray EASY-BAKE pan with non-stick cooking spray.
• Mix butter, sugars, and salt together.
• Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
• Stir to form batter.
• 1/2 teaspoon filled with dough will make one cookie. Drop dough balls onto greased EASY-BAKE pan; allow room to spread.
• Bake each batch 5-7 minutes.
• Let cool, and ENJOY!
• Makes 12 to 15 cookies.

EASY BAKE OVEN OATMEAL COOKIE MIX

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda and brown sugar. Stir to blend. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until mixture resembles corn meal. Spoon about 1/2 cup mixture into each of 8 small containers or ziplock bags. Seal bags tightly. Label with date and contents.
• Store in a cool dry place. Use within 12 weeks.
• Makes 8 packages of Children's Cookie Mix.
• Each package makes 9 cookies.

• To Use: Mix 3/4 teaspoon water and stir to form dough. Form into 1/2 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking pan and press down slightly on each to flatten out a bit. Cook for 5 minutes.

EASY BAKE OVEN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE MIX

Steps:

• Combine all dry ingredients.
• Add shortening and flavorings; either cut in with pastry knife or use the whisk attachment on your stand mixer. Mixture should resemble corn meal.
• Store in air tight container. If you are really dedicated, you can store in 1/3 cup portions, but I just put it in a big Ziplock bag and measure out when needed.
• To Use: Combine 1/3 cup of mix with 2 tsp of water. Roll into little balls and cook, three at a time, in Easy Bake oven that has been pre-heated about 15 minute Bake for 8-10 minute.

EASY BAKE OVEN CAKE MIX

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and lemonade drink mix. Stir to blend. Cut in shortening with a fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles corn meal.
• Spoon about 1/3 cup mixture into 10 small containers or sealable plastic bags. Label and store in cool, dry place. Use within 12 weeks.
• Preheat Easy Bake oven. Grease and flour a 4 inch miniature cake pan.
• To make a cake: Empty the contents of one bag cake mix into a small bowl. Using a fork, mix with 4 teaspoons water until smooth.
