Big Mac Pizza is an easy ground beef dinner recipe that will please both kids and adults. This simple pizza is made with Pillsbury crust and loaded with ground beef, onions, dill pickles, cheddar cheese, homemade Big Mac sauce and shredded lettuce.

1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/3 cup tangy dill pickles, diced
1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Pillsbury pizza crust
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese blend
1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Cook ground beef in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, with a dab of margarine or butter.
  • Crumble ground beef well while it's cooking.
  • When the ground beef is fully cooked, drain the grease from the pan.
  • Add the mayo, Thousand Island dressing, diced pickles, diced onions, salt and pepper to the pan.
  • Stir until all of the ground beef is coated in sauce and then remove the pan from the heat.
  • Unroll the pizza crust and press it out onto a greased 10 x 15 inch baking sheet.
  • Bake the pizza crust for 8 minutes and then remove it from the oven.
  • Spoon the ground beef mixture onto the prebaked crust and spread it out evenly,
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the ground beef.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake until cheese is completely melted and the crust is nicely browned. 6-8 minutes.
  • Allow the pizza sit for a couple minutes after removing it from the oven.
  • Sprinkle the shredded lettuce on top of the pizza.
  • Slice, serve and enjoy!

8 ounces lean ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cracked pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar free ketchup
2 tablespoons dill relish
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 egg
¾ cup almond flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir to combine and return to the microwave until cheese has melted, about 30 more seconds.
  • Stir in the almond flour and egg to combine.
  • Place the dough on a large sheet of parchment paper. Top with a second sheet of parchment.
  • Roll the dough out into a 12 inch diameter circle.
  • Remove the top piece of parchment and transfer the bottom sheet with the dough on it to a pizza pan.
  • Bake for 8 minutes or until crust is lightly golden.
  • For an extra sturdy crust that holds up well, carefully flip the crust over and bake for 3 more minutes.
  • While the crust is baking, combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well to combine.
  • While the crust is baking, add the ground beef to a skillet and brown, crumbling the meat as it cooks.
  • Season the beef with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of Big Mac sauce over the parbaked pizza crust. Srinkle the cheese evenly over the top. Top with the cooked beef.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown around the edges and the cheese has melted.
  • Sprinkle the lettuce, pickles, onion, and sesame seeds over the top of the baked pizza.
  • Serve immediately with remaining sauce drizzled over the top or on the side for dipping.

Double Batch Fat Head Pizza Dough Recipe (SEE LINK ABOVE IN WRITTEN RECIPE)
OR 1 traditional pizza dough ball
1 lb ground beef- cooked, drained
10 slices YELLOW American Cheese (deli, not singles)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup dill pickle, chopped (we used spears)
1/2 cup iceburg lettuce, chopped
2 tablespoon ketchup
1/3 cup mayo (we use olive oil mayo, no soy)
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon each, VERY finely chopped onion & dill pickle
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon white vinegar
2 teaspoon sweetener (or sugar if non keto)
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 (or according to package instructions)
  • Press dough out evenly onto 11×15 sheet pan
  • Lay the slices of American cheese out evenly on the dough.
  • Top with ground beef, onion and pickle.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle big mac sauce over the top evenly then the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, cut and serve!

1 Naan pizza crust (or your favorite pizza crust)
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups chedder cheese, shredded
1 cup lettuce
3/4 cups yellow onion, diced
dill pickle chips
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sweet relish
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 cup pickle juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a 12″ pizza pan and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink and drain any excess fat.
  • In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, relish, mustard, paprika, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and pickle juice until well combined.
  • Place pizza crust on pizza pan. Spread 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce evenly over pizza crust. Add 1/2 of the ground beef evenly over the sauce and then sprinkle 2 cups of cheese evenly over ground beef.
  • Bake pizza for 8-10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle lettuce and diced onions over pizza. Spread pickle chips evenly over lettuce. Drizzle 1/4 cup big mac sauce over pizza and serve.
