EASY LEMON BUTTER SAUCE FOR FISH
This simple and delicious easy lemon butter sauce for fish is ready in under 6 minutes! A great accompaniment for whitefish and seafood or other types of fish of choice.

Steps:
- Make the brown butter: place a heavy-bottomed light-coloured pan on medium-low heat, add sliced butter swirling or whisking from when the butter starts to melt. The butter will begin to foam a bit, continue to whisk until the butter is golden brown, and the milk-solids settles at the bottom forming brown speckled bit and butter is nutty in aroma. Take it off the heat immediately as the butter can go from brown to burnt within a twinkle of an eye. The whole process should take about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Pour the butter into a heat-proof bowl to stop the cooking process.
- Add freshly squeezed lemon juice, and whisk to combine for about 20 seconds. Season with salt and pepper and serve on fish, pasta, mashed potatoes or as desired

This sauce is quick and easy to make. It makes a delicious sauce that would dress up any fish dish. I like this with poached salmon.

Steps:
- In small saucepan, heat wine and shallot. Bring to a boil and reduce over medium-high heat until only 2 tablespoons of liquid remain.
- Reduce heat to low and whisk in butter, a few pieces at a time, until sauce is smooth and all the butter is incorporated.
- Whisk in cream and lemon juice. Keep warm in the top of a double boiler set over hot water until serving time.

EASY LEMON BUTTER SAUCE FOR FISH AND SEAFOOD
This is a traditional German sauce that is usually served over trout. You can dredge trout in flour and cook in butter in a pan. After you cook your trout in the pan, just make this in the same pan to get those flavours! You can absolutely use this on any seafood. Enjoy!

- Melt butter in warm (not hot!) pan. Add lemon juice to the butter and warm briefly.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.
- Spoon sauce over trout or other fish, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
LEMON BUTTER SAUCE FOR FISH
This was the first way I learned to cook fish. My favorite fish for this is tilipia, but any white fish filets would work. It is perfect with rice and a green vegetable.
