- Preheat your oven to 450 and prep a pan for nonstick. This pizza crust works well with a pan or an oven-safe cast iron skillet. I like to use parchment paper for my pizza because it allows for easy removal from the pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together your ingredients. Do not over-mix however, if the dough seems dry then add a few drops of hot tap water.
- Press the dough into your pan. This dough will spread more like a biscuit rather than a regular yeast dough crust.
- Top with your favorite ingredients and bake until the pizza looks bubbly and the crust begins to brown- 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing to allow the ingredients to set.

- Preheat oven to 200/180C (350-375F) fan-forced and get a 32cm pizza tray or a large sheet pan to have it on hand.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 and 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese with almond meal and cream cheese.
- Mix well and microwave for 1 minute, or until cheese is melted. Immediately add in the egg and using a silicone spatula or your clean hands stir until everything comes together into a dough form.
- Compact the dough into a large ball. Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to a 1/4-inch thick circle.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and transfer the crust to the prepared pizza tray. Using a fork, poke a few times to prevent bubbling.
- Spread pizza sauce all over the crust and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and other toppings of choice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown on the sides.
- Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven. Garnish with fresh arugula or basil leaves, slice and enjoy!

- In a 9x13 in (23x33 cm) glass casserole dish, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Arrange evenly in a single layer and roast in the oven for about 25 minutes, until a little golden. If you want the cauliflower browned more evenly, you can toss halfway through. (Leave oven preheated after - you will need to use it again.)
- Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then top with Italian seasoning (if using). Place pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Place the casserole back in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
