ORANGE BUNDT CAKE
Orange Bundt Cake is an easy fruity spring cake bursting with fresh orange flavor made with butter and buttermilk for a rich pound cake texture.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 10 cup bundt pan with baking spray.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the butter and sugar to your stand mixer on medium speed until lightened in color and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and orange zest.
- In a bowl, combine orange juice and buttermilk.
- To your stand mixer, on the lowest speed setting add in half of the orange juice mixture, then half the flour mixture.
- Add in the the remaining of the orange juice mixture and the remaining flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into you bundt cake pan and bake 50-55 minutes.
- Let cake cool at least 20 minutes before removing from bundt pan.

- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in the eggs, orange zest and extracts. Combine flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. , Pour into a greased and floured 6-cup fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool. For glaze, combine the confectioners' sugar and juice until smooth. Spoon over cake.

Steps:
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, orange juice, butter and extract and mix on medium with mixer. Fold in orange zest and mix with spoon. Batter will be thick.
- Spray a 10 inch bundt pan with cooking spray generously. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until center is done when tested. Cool about 10 minutes in pan. Remove and let cool completely.
ORANGE BUNDT CAKE

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix yogurt, orange juice and orange zest for the cake in a large bowl.
- Add in the eggs, vegetable oil and water.
- Pour in the dry cake mix and stir together for 2 minutes.
- Grease your bundt cake pan well with non stick spray or butter, making sure to get all the edges and the middle tube.
- Pour cake mixture into the bundt pan.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in pan for 15 minutes.
- Flip the pan over onto a cooling rack and remove from pan carefully. Allow to cool completely.
- Combine all ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl. Add more powdered sugar or a little more orange juice if necessary to get the right consistency.
- Pour glaze evenly over cake.

- blend mayonnaise and sugar together, sift flour with soda and salt. mix alternating flour mixture and juice until well blended. Add vanilla and stir well. Grease and flour bundt pan. Pour in and level cake mix. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-35 min till toothpick comes out clean. cool for 10 min in pan then invert on plate. While warm: mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp soft butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla and add enough orange juice to make a glaze. pour over warm cake. enjoy

- Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in 3/4 cup orange juice, oil, eggs and lemon extract. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook 1/3 cup orange juice, sugar and butter for two minutes. Drizzle over cake.
