SIMPLE DEVILED EGGS
The eggs are delicious, and it's easy to make more for larger gatherings. I've added onion and celery for a little more flavor and texture.

Steps:
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks; set whites aside. Mash yolks with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, onion, and celery; mix well. Stuff or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.

Steps:
- Hard the boil eggs as usual, peel and cut in half.
- Scoop out the yolk out of the eggs and place them in a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients, starting with the least amount of mayo and mustard and add more if needed to get a creamy texture.
- Mix it well, and give it a taste. If it needs a little more flavor, I like to add a bit of pickle juice.
- Place the filling back into the eggs.
- Sprinkle the paprika over the top of all the eggs, as much or as little as you like!

- Place eggs in a single layer in a large pot and cover with water. Place the pot on the stove, cover the pot and bring water with the egg to a boil. Remove from heat and leave covered for 12-15 minutes (depending on the size of the eggs).
