Choose your spice combo, mix and store. Creole seasoning yields 2/3 cup. SouthWest Seasoning yields 1/2 cup. and Rustic Rub yields 2 cups.

2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
8 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons cayenne
5 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
6 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons onion powder
6 tablespoons salt
2 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients (of your choice of spice blend) in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Spice blends can be stored in an airtight container in your spice cabinet for up to 3 months.
