This is a quick and easy way to prepare dinner for the family. It's a hamburger casserole with a Mexican flair. Try it with some shredded cheese sprinkled on top.

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the ground beef, onion and celery and saute for 10 minutes, or until the meat is browned and the onion is tender. Drain the fat and set aside.
- In a separate saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions. When cooked, drain the water and stir in the meat mixture, chili, tomatoes, corn, taco sauce, and taco seasoning mix. Mix well and place entire mixture into a 10x15-inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until thoroughly heated and bubbling, about 20 minutes.

Add carrots and celery; cook and stir for 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., Stir in the potatoes, corn, tomato sauce, salt and pepper; heat through. Drain pasta and add to skillet; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Add ground beef and onions to skillet and fully cook.
- Cook shells in a pot of water.
- Drain water out and mix in cheese.Set aside.
- Drain ground beef and add cream of chicken soup and garlic to the skillet with the beef. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Layer ground beef and shells and cheese in a casserole dish, starting with the beef. Between each layer add a little shredded cheese.
- Add rest of cheese to the top when dish is full.
- Place in oven till cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes, and serve.
