A holiday must-have! Great to place on the dessert table, or give to family and friends as chocolatey gifts.

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or 3 cups milk chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 dash salt
1/2-1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with EAGLE BRAND® and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts (optional) and vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8- or 9-inch square pan.
  • Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (3 cups) or 18 ounces milk chocolate chips (3 cups)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 dash salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2-1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • Melt chocolate chips.
  • Mix chocolate chips with condensed milk, salt, and vanilla.
  • Add nuts if using.
  • Line a pan with wax paper.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Take out of refrigerator.
  • Flip pan and remove wax paper.
  • Cut and serve!

3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounce) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 Tblsp butter
Dash of salt
1/2 - 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Peanut Butter Fudge
12 oz. white chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the condensed milk, butter and salt. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly onto wax paper lined 8 inch square pan. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto a cutting board. Peel off the paper and cut into squares. Store the fudge in a covered container in the fridge. Can do this in micorowave on high for 1 minute. Melt chocolate, butter and milk, stir well then add other ingredients and stir until smooth. Very easy and works all the time. Use aluminum foil and spray with Pam. PB Fudge Microwave chocolate and milk 1 1/2 minutes, stir in vanilla, salt and peanut butter. Pour in foil lined 8 X 8 pan, chill for 2 hours.

1 teaspoon butter, or as needed
2 ½ cups white sugar
⅔ cup eggnog
½ cup butter
8 ounces vanilla candy melts, cut into pieces
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • Line a 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on both sides. Grease aluminum foil with 1 teaspoon butter.
  • Combine sugar, eggnog, and 1/2 cup butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla candy pieces and marshmallow cream; mix until smooth. Stir in rum extract.
  • Pour sugar mixture into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle nutmeg lightly on top. Cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Score fudge into 36 pieces. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  • Lift up the ends of aluminum foil to remove fudge from the pan. Cut through scored lines with a large knife.

⅓ cup JIF® Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 cup marshmallow creme
½ cup evaporated milk
½ teaspoon salt
1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ teaspoon CRISCO® Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening
1 cup Colored gumdrops

Steps:

  • Grease 8-inch pan.
  • Combine sugar, marshmallow creme, milk, JIF® Reduced Fat Peanut Butter and salt in a large saucepan. Stir constantly on low heat until blended and mixture comes to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until well blended. Stir in vanilla. Pour into pan. Cool.
  • Cut into squares or with cookie cutters.
  • Melt white chocolate chips with CRISCO® Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening in microwave, stirring at 20-second intervals, until smooth (1-2 minutes). Place mixture in zip top bag. Cut a tiny piece off bottom corner to create a pastry bag. (If chocolate hardens, place in microwave for 7-10 seconds).
  • Decorate fudge to look like gifts. Uses x's or zigzags to make ribbons and or patterns.
  • Cut colored gumdrops into slivers. Gather a multi-colored ''bouquet'' of slivers and press the ''stems'' into the candies. Place each piece of decorated fudge in a candy cup, place in a gift box.
