1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup picante sauce
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Dash garlic powder
1 can (4-1/2 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
8 flour tortillas (10 inches)
Salsa

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, taco seasoning and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in olives, chiles, cheese and onions. Spread about 1/2 cup on each tortilla. , Roll up jelly-roll style; wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Slice into 1-in. pieces. Serve with salsa.

5 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ 40% less-sodium taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1 1/4 cups tomato pasta sauce (any variety)
1 box (4.7 oz) Old El Paso™ Stand 'N Stuff® taco shells (10 shells)
1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup), if desired
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain.
  • Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Stir in pasta sauce; cook over medium heat until hot. Stir in cooked spaghetti.
  • Meanwhile, heat taco shells as directed on box. Spoon about 1/2 cup spaghetti mixture into each taco shell; top with tomato and Parmesan cheese.

1/3 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup water
1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Mix beans, salsa and peppers in medium saucepan; stir in water. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  • Stir in rice; cover. Cook on medium-low heat 5 min. Remove from heat; stir. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
  • Spoon rice mixture evenly onto tortillas; sprinkle with cheese. Fold tortillas in half to serve.

Steps:

1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
Garnish: shredded Cheddar cheese or other favorite toppings

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; sauté until tender. Add chicken; cook until no longer pink, about 5 to 8 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa; simmer for 3 minutes. To serve, spoon mixture onto tortillas. Fold over once; garnish as desired. Tip: A speedy side for any south-of-the-border supper.
